Maintenance and Performance Analysis is a 36 hour course for recip trap analyzers and will cover the following course objectives:

• Ignition (primary)
• Ignition (secondary)
• Power Cylinder (pressure/time . pressure volume/1st derivative)
• Power Cylinder (vibration/ultrasonic)
• Compressor Cylinder (pressure)
• Compressor Cylinder (vibration/ultra sonic)

Case studies will be used throughout the week.Students are required to bring their own computer with analyzer software (recip trap or windrock)
and access to historical plant data for troubleshooting exercises. An optional 2nd Week of this course will be individually scheduled hands-on, one-on-one training at your location.
